Lefthanded pitchers just can't keep Boston Red Sox Wily Mo off the basepaths. Our hero reached base 2 times in 3 appearances last night against Oakland A's pitching.
In his 1st plate appearance, he flied out deep to center field. But, in his next 2 appearances, Patient Pena took free bases on balls to set him in the way of earning a run. Too bad no one was able to send him home. So, all his efforts were wasted. |
