Julian Tavarez gets the call tonight to pitch against Mike Musina of the New York Yankees. JT's last trip to New York saw him pull through victorious in a game full of Sox home runs.
Julian may have settled down a bit from last year's hysterics, but when asked by SluggerWily if he would be trying to hit Jeter in retaliation for the Cora beaning last night, he said I should google his record. Well, how could we look the 6'2" righthander without at least doing what he asked?  So, the following search was entered: "julian tavarez gets mad " and we waited 0.09 seconds for Google to return 1,960 entries. "Search Images", I suggested, and low and behold there was JT, looking very calm as he cracked the living daylights out of a Tampa Bay Devil Ray!
Yankees, best look out! He beat you last time, now, he's got it out for your heads! It's Julian's 34th Birthday tonight and you know he's looking for an excuse to get excited! |
