Supposedly, Terry is giving Manny Ramirez at day off to help an ailing hamstring. This can only mean one thing: Slugger Wily in left field!
If you're a little nervous at the thought of him shagging fly balls against the Green Monster, you're not alone. Naysayers say that overall he hasn't been hitting so well at home (240) but against lefties he's batting .333. On top of that, he's batting a whopping .462 for May after a dismal April where he hit .179. He'll be facing lefty Nate Robertston means we should expect something big to happen! Can he raise his May average to .500? |
