Wily Mo Peña had a tough year in 2009 and didn't start one major league game due to injuries. But, he's planning on a big return to form in 2010 with tough workouts and training. Wily Mo has dropped from 275 lbs to 250 and is currently playing winter ball with the Licey Tigers in the Domician Republic. See the interview with Hoy.com.do
