Wily Mo Peña had a tough year in 2009 and didn't start one major league game due to injuries. But, he's planning on a big return to form in 2010 with tough workouts and training. Wily Mo has dropped from 275 lbs to 250 and is currently playing winter ball with the Licey Tigers in the Domician Republic.
New York have just announced that INF/OF Wily Mo Pena has been released. Pena hit .276 (40-145) with five home runs and 21 RBI in 41 games with the Bisons.
